Trauma, Triage, Treatment and Transport (4TC)
This one-day program is presented by Diane F. Fojt and is full of information on rapid trauma assessment (field and in-hospital), triage and critical thinking skills. This program encourages a clinician approach by all levels of emergency staff and responders. The course will utilize a multi-media presentation with frequent pauses in the didactic program for practicing skills in small groups. Appropriate selection of transport modality and preparation for transfer of care to transporting agency of the critically injured patient will also be covered. This course covers the things they never told you in school as well as new trends in trauma care.
