	Diane F. Fojt, MSc., B.S., REMT-P. has an extensive twenty-five year career in human services and emergency medicine. Ms. Fojt has an A.S. degree in Human Services, B.S. degree in Industrial Technical Education and is a graduate student at National-Louis University completing her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. Ms. Fojt worked at Florida Mental Health Institute on a locked unit. In 1983 she began teaching EMS education and death and dying classes at Hillsborough Community College. She worked as a flight paramedic for over ten years. She also worked as a vascular coordinator for LifeLink of Florida, an organ and tissue procurement organization. She developed, coordinated and became the Administrator / Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Regional Critical Incident Team for eight years. In 1995 Ms Fojt went to Oklahoma City following the bombing and received her CISM “Train the Trainer” certificate.
	In 1998 she was voted Vice President of CISM of Florida, Inc. and in 2000 she became President of CISM of Florida, Inc. Her clinical background and vast experience bring a unique blend of insight to the classroom. Ms Fojt has been featured on local and national television for her expertise in critical incident stress management. She does workshops on the topic of Critical Incident Stress and is an International Trainer for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. She is the founder and president of MECA, Inc.
