This 2 day program is designed for the experienced CISM Basic trained individual who wants to expand their knowledge in the area of CISM. The program covers critical incidents such as symbolic trauma, suicides, traumatic death at the work place, mass casualty incidents, dealing with the media and other advanced topics. The program is based on Dr. Jeffrey Mitchell's CISM concepts and the first hand experience of  Diane F. Fojt in managing a very large, active, volunteer CISM team that responds to  emergency services in the Tampa Bay area.
